Jimmy John's

Always unpredictable, I’ve only gotten delivery from here never in store. Almost always the sandwiches have ended up being harder bread that had been sitting out for a while. Today got tiny tomatoes and a pinch of lettuce

they labeled all of my sandwiches wrong and forgot to put 1 of them in the bag..had to drive all the way across town to get it, when i finally got home it was the wrong sandwich!! also i asked for no tomatoes and they gave me 3 ends of the tomato as seen in the photo.

I ordered 3 sandwiches from this jimmy johns and none of them were to their full potential. The slim 4 came with a single piece of turkey, the slim 1 came uncut when it was requested to be cut, and the #6 was cut through the paper, and came with no avocado, and minimal mayo. I will not be ordering from this location again. With that being said, most jimmy johns locations I’ve ordered from I’ve had satisfactory experiences with, this one being the exception.

I've been ordering Jimmy John's from this location since they opened usually they're pretty good . The longest I've waited was a half an hour. Today I waited in my company lunch room for over 45 minutes then when the delivery driver finally did arrive I waited an additional 5 minutes because they wouldn't get out of the car. I finally walked out to the parking lot to get my sandwich your delivery driver claimed to already have been here once. She wasn't I would have seen her so for the first time Ieft no tip. I shouldn't have to wait that long only to have to walk out the parking lot because the driver wouldn't get out of her car

I'd love to be able to share about more than my experience of arriving to a closed store, but also, here we are. I tried to come here during the middle of the day, could see plenty of employees inside and the doors were locked. Nothing indicating they were closed. We knocked and knocked and they ignored us. Waved our arms. Got ignored. Not even so much as a sign on the door giving something like "our systems are down" or anything. Nothing. They didn't care at all. Only reason it's getting more than one star is because it's a great physical location, it's convenient to get to. Parking: Small lot Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and accessible entrance very close to the handicap parking spots

Frickin awesome sandwich and service. Got there right as the guy was closing up shop and he actually opened the door for us to let us in. He was super friendly, made killer sandwiches, and provided an excellent sandwich experience. Whoever was working 9/3/22 at 3p, deserves a raise for representing Jimmy Johns with courtesy, skill, and great vibes.

I would put 0 stars if I could. They called me back after I ordered and said they wouldn't deliver to me even though I'm less than 2 miles away and it was 4 hours before closing time. What is the point of offering a delivery option if they won't actually deliver to you? Wouldn't recommend.

I stop here anytime I forget my lunch. Staff is extremely friendly and pleasant and wait times are minimal for lunch take out. Parking isn't always easy due to lot size but other than that this JJ location rocks!

Terrible delivery service! Waited an hour + for my order to be delivered. Not the first time either. Inside workers are rude. This establishment is just terrible. Somebody needs to get this store together!

Closed at 8:25. I get closing early but 30 minutes before close and clearly a full staff just pretending to not see me is absurd. Why even have hours?
