I would have liked to give this no stars! First customer of the day and I get yesterdays lettuce, one slice high of turkey, one slice high of cheese which I was charged extra for who knew cheese was not included on subs. Good thing you can smell the bread for free Lol

They delivered to the Columbus beer fest. The staff was top notch best jimmy johns staff i have ever seen.

Super tasty. I'll return with my coworkers. Bring your hunger - portions are generous.

Usually Freaky fast, but sometimes when the line is out the door they can get pretty backed up. Typical Jimmy John's food. They now have a Rewards Program! I always get the #7 and add pickles - You can't go wrong!

Worst customer service ever. Last three times I have ordered from this locations it took over 30 mins to get my sub and it was terrible. Way to many places to get a better sub.

Order #7 and #13, two of the new menu sandwhiches and not impressed at all. One had hardly any meat what so ever and the other did not have any spicy flavor at all. In other words they sucked. The service was very good though.

Staff is really friendly. Always moving always communicating. Never a bad sandwich here.
