Appalling customer service. I’m still waiting for food I ordered 2 hours ago, and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’m stunned this location is still open, especially when it mangles simple deliveries in this day and age.

I can not stress enough how good the food is here. I even bought a sandwich at 3am and they had it to me in no time. 10/10 would recommend to eat here again.

Ordered a sandwich at 11:37 including a large tip. The order tracker said delivered at 12:10. It has not been delivered and I'm unable to reach anyone at the store 1558 N. High Street location. The phone just rings and rings with no answer.

Terrible customer service, made sandwich incorrectly, told me it will be made correctly and re delivered. I waited an hour and called back to inquire on sandwich, the girl told me it was on its way and hung up on me. I called back at an hour and a half and they wouldn't answer my call. They never showed up with the sandwich.

Not sure if everyone in there got a hearing problem or they just simply dumb

Sandwiches are consistent but the delivery is SLOW, expect to wait 60 - 90 mins for your order. Then when you call, the phone just rings and rings.

we order here like 3 times a week and the drivers are nice but it’s literally the slowest jj’s delivery i’ve ever experienced lmao. good sandwich

FREAKY SLOW. This Jimmy Johns sucks. Delivery is the slowest I've ever experienced, ever. Save your time and sit down at a nice restaurant, this place takes longer.

Ordered delivery from this location a few times. Twice it's taken almost 90 minutes to arrive. The other time they forgot my chips. I've called the store and submitted feedback online -- they don't seem to care.

I would definitely recommend. The dining area , and restroom was nice and clean! Staff was nice and courteous! Ty!
