Story

Jinja Bar & Bistro is proud to be the best place in New Mexico for delicious, authentic Pacific Rim Cooking. We use the freshest high quality seafood, meats, fruits and vegetables available. All these ingredients are combined to create popular dishes from Japan, Hawaii, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia. Our unbelievably tasty customer favorites include the Pad Thai, Teriyaki Beef Skewers, and Steak Frites. All of our dipping sauces and marinades are homemade. We also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options.

We make everything from scratch with great care and attention to detail – 100% organic, no preservatives, no MSG, no pre-packaged anything. We don’t just offer great food - our drink menu is top notch. Jinja serves a wide range of authentic, vintage cocktails that will transport you to a warm Pacific Rim beach thousands of miles away! We have many televisions in both Albuquerque locations for your viewing pleasure.
