We have been eating at both locations for years. Always FAST service except for today. Jefferson But one bad time will not take away any stars . The food has a Greek twist with New Mexico food available. The staff at Candaleria, we’ll is faster and friendly but we spend more time there. The cashier at Jefferson well must be family no smile : .Jess was wonderful at Jefferson today. All the food is awesome at both locations. My favorite is the Greek omelet with fresh fruit. But you can’t go wrong with any dish. Don’t forget to tip good they work hard for YOU.
Service is great. Food is typical. Just note if you haven’t been here: seat yourself in any empty table you find. The server will take your food and drinks order and give you a bill to pay once your food is out. You will pay with the register up front. I personally like this system because it is efficient which makes their service really fast and convenient. If you are the person who wants to interact more with your server and have everything brought to you, then this place is not for you. We ordered the coffee, eggs benedicts and carne adovada breakfast plate. They are both okay. Tasty but nothing special. Coffee never run out which is extremely great! Doesn’t matter if it was the server assigned to you. If someone passes by and sees your coffee half empty, they will ask you if you want a refill and they will refill it right away.
This is the perfect spot for breakfast. My entire family loves coming here. The food is amazing, and large portions. I have only had their breakfast but other members of my family got the lunch and it looked so good. I usually get a skillet or the Milly breakfast. Their pancakes are delicious and I love the way they make their eggs. I've never had a problem here. This will continue to be a family spot I go to for a delicious breakfast!
Went there for breakfast on a Monday. Parking lot packed but plenty of room inside. Service was great and my coffee cup stayed full. Food was solid and what I would call typical diner food
This is one of my go to spots for good quality New Mexican food in a cafe setting. They’re well staffed with people who’re friendly and prompt. The food always arrives quickly and hot. Their red chili is as good as any you’ll find in New Mexico. Also, it is gluten free! They have always been happy to accommodate changes and substitutions to their menu items. I highly recommend their breakfasts as well, especially their chicken green chili sausage. Also, if you prefer a quieter setting, try the back room. It’s definitely quieter than the main dining room.
Great place to grab breakfast in Albuquerque. I ordered here twice while on a business trip. Fast service and excellent quality made to order omelet's. The blue berry muffins are excellent too.
We decided to try this restaurant for breakfast as it didn't appear to be a chain restaurant and we like to try the local establishments whenever we can when we are traveling to a new city. The service here was prompt and friendly, and we very much enjoyed our meal. The food was very nice and tasted great! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast in Albuquerque!
I ordered the NM Burger with green chili and a side of fries. The chili was a medium to mild spice. Delicious and enjoyable to eat. The fries could be a meal on its own with some of the green chili and cheese on it, I had to take home leftovers. My daughter ordered a breakfast meal of over medium eggs, hash browns and toast--she said that her meal was "so good!" My granddaughter lover her chicken noodle soup with crackers. We all had a very and satisfying lunch. Kid-friendliness: The food comes in child sized portions which was great for my 3-yr old granddaughter.
