Subway

You need signs that state that your company only takes cash. And at least tell you before they make your sub's. Was very disappointed not everyone carries cash. Put some SIGNS up to let the customer that you only take cash. I was a very good customer, now I'm not ever going back to any of your stores.

Very sloppy staff when I visited. One was so focused on clocking out that he abandoned my sandwich halfway through the line, and the other stopped working on my sandwich to help a young female customer at the register who had just walked in. I get it, they're young and who wants to work at Subway, right? But at least have some courtesy to communicate with me if you're stepping away from making my sandwich and leaving me waiting. It wasn't even a good sandwich after all of that. It was sloppy, they didn't follow my occasional instructions/requests. I'll avoid this location in the future unless I have no other choice.

Went in for lunch. Ordered 2, 6 inch sandwinches. My boyfriends food came out just fine. However as soon as mine came out of the oven for toasting the girl didn't listen. I asked for cumbers and she put lettuce. However when I opened the sandwich there was mold on it. Then when I tried to talk to them about it, I was told I was wrong and its just seeds. So wile my boyfriend ate I got to sit there and eat nothing because I was not going to argue anymore or deal with them since I'm WRONG.

This Subway is one of the best I've been to in the Albuquerque Metro area. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite. There was a little girl with her grandfather in front of me and the grandfather was hard of hearing. So the little girl did the ordering. They took their time to ensure everything was perfect for them. Then apologized for the delay in helping me. Which was totally fine, because the same care they gave the grandfather and little girl, I recieved. Great team here. Everything was great.

As far as Subways are concerned, I think this is one of their better locations. The employees are always very friendly, they do a good job putting together the sandwich you want, and if you're really nice, they will go out of their way to try to ring up the sandwich at the lowest possible price. I really appreciate these people, and because of their service and quality, we go here pretty often.

I personally love this subway. I go out of my to come to this one even though there are two others much closer to my work. Everyone is always very friendly, service is great, lettuce is never wilted, but most of all, it is extremely clean. I always see employees changing gloves after they have touched things that might warrant gloves being changed, for instance after touching a cash register you would be amazed how often this DOES happen at some places... gross.

There is a sandwich artist here who was the best I have ever had in any Subway, period. She was nice, patient, and had great suggestions when I asked for them. She was the first Subway employee to ever offer me parmesan cheese, pepper, paprika, etc. I didn't even know half of what Subway had before I started going here! Parking can be hard to find during lunch and rush hour though.

I was trying to check-in here purely because of one of the employees. Younger Mexican man who made my day just because he was so happy and kind. Not just to me, to all patrons. It was so genuine. I'm only disappointed that I didn't have cash to tip him.

This place is supposed to be open until 9, but there is this guy who turns off the open sign and dims the lights and says they're not open. Then just strolls to the back lol. Idk how this dude pulls it off, but he does Edit: You're awesome for replying so I'll definitely change it, but it still doesn't explain why it was locked up at 7:40 man. Like if you would've said 7 I would of said awesome and just straight up took it off.
