Chick-fil-A

Not sure if the grease needs to be changed or what but this is the 1st time I have received extra done fries. I know most restaurants are taking a hit on workers but I didn’t know Chick-fil-A was taking the same hit with quality and food service.

Had a small get together with family for my grandsons early birthday. He has to have gluten free food so we are grateful he can eat there. He loves it and made a young 8 yr old boy very happy Food: 5/5

This is the second time I’ve gotten old lettuce in my chicken wrap. It’s very disappointing and inconvenient to make a trip back to get a different thing off the menu.

Goodness, food is yummy, staff are friendly and it's close to home. I had a huge problem with the app, took my order, processed my payment and then order disappeared I went inside and worked with the very kind manager and was able to get it sorted out, I've never had any trouble w app in the past, so likely will uninstall and then reinstall, see if that helps..regardless the food hit the spot!! Vegetarian options: They do have side salads, waffle fries, there may be other non meat options, but would not be the first place I would think of for vegetarian food, I would likely hit Thai Spice for that

It took 25 minutes to get our food after ordering and they forgot one of the sandwiches. I was shocked, as I've never had a Chick-fil-a take that long. Food was as expected and the atmosphere is exactly like every other Chick-fil-a I've been in.Food: 5/5

Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever experienced. While passing through Albuquerque on I-25, we arrived about noon and decided to go inside rather than use the drive thru. First, I needed to use the restroom. It was dirty, out of toilet paper and soap. I wrote that off as bad timing and went out and got in line to order. At noon on a weekday, they had just one person working a register 1 person at peak time...really? so the wait was a bit longer than normal. I ordered one meal and stepped aside to wait..... And wait.... And wait. I stood there for 18 minutes until I received my simple one meal carry out order. With a carry out order, I was in the restaurant about 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES!! For one simple order! Very disappointed in Chick-fil-A after this experience because they're usually extremely efficient, clean and courteous.

Food and lemonade were good as usual, but this is the 2nd time in last few weeks where I order from an employee outside in drive-thru, wait 15 min to get to the window only to be told they are behind. First time on chicken nuggets, this time on fries. Both times I was asked to park and wait more, and both times I had another 15 min wait; until out of frustration, I had to go inside to finally get my order. This place used to set the bar, now it's just frustrating. I sure hope Raising Canes is good.

Chick-fil-A is known for its delicious food and great customer service, and this location is no exception. The staff at this Chick-fil-A are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite to eat or sitting down for a meal, the customer service is top-notch and truly sets this location apart from others. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location for its fantastic customer service and delicious food.

Service is always really good. For those of you who are gluten free or celiac, this is a great option. For a sandwich that the bread isn't dry or rubbery. And no cross contaminationFood: 4/5

This is an extremely busy location. The staff always works very hard to get everyone their food come up at the drive-thru line is outrageous. You're better off using the mobile app and picking up your food from inside. You will get through it a lot quicker than staying in the Drive-Thru. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids play area, but it's very crowded most of the time. Parking: The drive-thru line gets ridiculous and dangerous with cars trying to turn in and out. You're better off parking and going in for mobile order pickup.
