I just recently went to Jn to look for a newer Silverado and trade in my 2017 I ended up getting a brand new 2022 Silverado. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.Thank you to Lazar, Kimo and Andrew for going above and beyond and making this happen.They made it very easy for me to make a decision and worked with me on every angle. The receptionist could use a class on phone etiquette and sound happier when dealing with customers for a large company like Chevrolet. Being the first reference on google in the Honolulu area I wasn’t satisfied with the initial few seconds of contact with this company. 10/10 won’t recommend and I’m not following through with my service needs here.

Soon as I walk in, great service, greeting and asking what I need done. Also, I had no appointment and still welcome me in. I tried another Chevy dealership on island and they said I needed to have an appointment to be seen. So JN customer service 5/5 stars.
