Wonderful customer service, and great selections. This store has every item from the online store, so great for testing all the scents! I will definitely be a frequent buyer here.

I enjoyed shopping there. The associates were nice and patient while showing me many samples. I purchased the advent calendar.

The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave my boyfriend a sampler pouch of different scents plus the one I bought and she was very patient with us. Overall, great service and the products are good as well.

Jo Malone is Jo Malone, but as a store - Horrid!!!! First of all they are not helpful, second of all - they kick dogs small fluffy calm dogs. Third of all they do nothing to help you! I am going to another location

I ordered the colon from online and did a pick up at this location. I had some issue with the gift process but store manager and the worker helped me solve this issue quickly. I will definitely go back to this location again!!
