I would put 0 stars if it were an option! Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I've gone back time and time again but I don't know why because they have upset me so bad. They have no respect for customers and this includes managers. I've gone from asking for assistance and no one knows so they are going to get another associate but NEVER return. Their online ordering to pick up in store is a JOKE! I would have went to the store to pick it up because it was in stock but decided to give the online ordering a try so I didn't have to rush to the store. Well the next day at 330pm still hadn't fulfilled my order and so they left me waiting 20 minutes while they tried to fulfill but came back with nothing the product was sold out. I was told I should be happy the silver lining is I won't be charged for the product....um I better not be. They offered me no compensation just explained they were busy and human so could not work that fast. Oh and the silver lining of not being charged. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! I know this is a long story but I'm truly fed up after going back for years, this was the final straw for me.****UPDATE**** My card was charged even though the order was cancelled! I was told the silver lining was I would not be charged. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Ok need more counter help and cash register help, staff was friendly and helpful

Long story short, made an order online, went to pick it up. After waiting for 20 mins, CSR said "We don't have your order. But, silver lining is that your card won't be charged." If that wasn't ridiculous enough, my wife's card WAS charged! I don't know what level of customer service Joann's has in other locations, however, the one in Missoula, MT is a joke. Never going there again. Would not recommend them at all. 0 Stars

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They let me browse and guide me whenever I need help.

I live nearby and come in semi regularly. Employees are always nice and helpful to me. Wait times can be long, especially when there's only one cloth cutter or cashier, but five minutes for checkout isn't that bad. Maybe I just haven't seen then at their worst?
