JOANN Fabrics and Crafts

I love this Joann. It's conveniently located on the south side and they have such a large collection of fleece fabrics. I use their app to scan each item, because sometimes it's cheaper on the app than it is in-store, and they price match to their website. They have a cutting counter that is staffed constantly where you can pull a number and then they call it when you're next. That's really handy.

I received the Best help ever there. The Lady at the back cutting table - help me find something I needed for my German Dress trindle- Thank U so much friend, it worked perfectly! I love this store because I love to see! Not been able to much of anything lately. My kidneys are rebelling against CT scan dye. I just started to feel better today. I have a box full of clothing that needs to be sewn. I would like to be able to sell them. A box of 10 or 12 outfits and a wedding dress for $20. I have one bride dress I've been working on for a while. It has beads and sequins all hand sewn by me. It is beautiful! It is not for sale! I would want too much for it. I will post pictures of the contents of a box that is for sale.

Customer service was great. There was a line at the table where they cut fabric for you, but the two ladies cutting were very quick! Cashier was sweet. And the Halloween decorations are on a good sale right now. Definitely will be back.

I give it 5 stars for my wife. She frequently comes here. There's in store specials. Staff is helpful and look for ways to save you money. Their text alerts send many specials.

I love that there is always a sale going on, and the app makes it super easy to check out the coupons listed! There is so much variety of fabrics available, and for the most part they are price-efficient and do not make a new project bank-breaking.

Experienced staff who can sew and craft. They made good, accurate recommendations with fabric choices and measurements. Our project was the #1 choice at a Christmas White Elephant game! Crafting is FUN!! JoAnn’s is GREAT!

Not as much sewing selection anymore, but crafts and floral are vast

They need to check the products and see that they are in fact on sale I doubled check before trying to purchase and the cashier said they wasn't part of the sale even though they was in the right spot she wouldn't bother asking someone to double check lost a sale over a simple check

I always get right in and out with what I need at Joann's. Beautiful, clean, sparkling bright store.
