I felt like everyone at the dealership wanted to make sure we were taken care of throughout the process and that it was as painless as possible. John and Joe also were very helpful and professional. Awesome experience. Everyone we dealt with was warm and professional. Julia, Kira, the sales manager, the finance manager, and the young gentleman I chatted with about the 2 NSX's on the showroom. There was a minor issue at delivery, and they stepped up immediately to make it right. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
What a difference a short trip from State street to Main street made! We started out looking at the RDX at another dealership here in the valley and had an experience that did not represent the brand in a positive light. We decided to go to see Jamie the General Sales Manager at Jody Wilkinson on the recommendation of a good friend. She has an outstanding team. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were the most important people in the dealership. I have been in the automotive industry for 31 years and from my vantage point this dealership is doing it right. Thanks to Jamie, Josh, our sales professional, and the finance team for making this such a great experience. My wife loves her new Acura. -Scott
When I bought the extended warranty, I was never told I "had" to bring my car to you for repairs, I have bought these warranties in the past and I was able to take my car anywhere. Secondly, when I brought it to you the first time for the heater issue, the service advisor forced me to pay a $27.00 deductible. The warranty states I have a $25.00 deductible. The heater worked for 3 days, then quit. I brought the car back in, and you had it for almost 3 weeks. When I came to pick it up finally, you tried to charge me the deductible again. It was back in for the same reason, I shouldn't have to pay another deductible. When I originally brought the car to you, my air conditioning worked fine. When I picked the car up, it didn't work, I brought it back in a 3rd time and waited for it. The service advisor came out and told me I had to pay $400.00 to recharge the A/C, just so you could try to diagnose why the A/C wasn't working. I watched you or whoever the service manager was that day go into the service area with him, talk about it, then he came out and told me that. I have had the A/C evacuated and new freon put in, and the A/C is still not working. Now I have to bring it back to you a 4th time for an issue that was not an issue when I brought it to you the first time. Certainly, you can see why I'm upset. I just want my car fixed. I'm not going to pay another deductible for a problem your dealership caused. I was asked to contact them, which I did. Emailed the service manager, as well as left a VM for the general manager. I received an email from the service manager asking me to bring the car in, and they would add freon. I told him I already had it recharged at my own expense. Haven't heard a word since. When I bought the car 3 years ago, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The service department is another story.
My new 2023 Acura TLX Advanced package is the Bomb! I highly recommend this vehicle it drives so nice. I live in Henderson, Nevada and made the trip to Salt Lake City for the purchase due to the excellent price. Sales person was Kira Joko she was very knowledgeable and thorough on the TLX and answered all my questions and returned my phone call quickly. Becky Arnold-Ramirez made my experience with Jody Wilkinson Acura fantastic, she completed all the paperwork with me over the phone so when I flew into Salt Lake City to pickup the vehicle it went fast I was only at the dealership about 1 hour total, she even came in on her day off to help me. Jody Wilkinson Acura goes above and beyond with great customer service!

I went to have routine oil change and Andrew Robles service advisor was really good at his job . Customer service was beyond my expectations ! They discovered I had lost 2 lug nuts and 2 studs were sheered off . Andrew arranged for a loaner car because my RDX was not safe to drive home . I recommend Jody Wilkinson Acura because of the outstanding service I receive there
What an awesome family owned business! Unlike many car dealerships, they didn't try to push more things onto me to buy. Very straightforward transaction! In addition, Ms. Wilkinson was super helpful when I tried to figure out a difficult situation! Professional and friendly! Also have to mention the lifetime complimentary oil changes!
Very sketchy sales and finance department. Tried to tack on nearly $1500 in fees for an out of state purchase. When I questioned fees they offered to possibly reduce some costs only if Id finance through them.so they could get a kickback from their bank . Im.a cash buyer. $300 out of state fee. $300 FOR what I assume was an ozone treatment standard on most lots at sellers cost documents fees. It was bonkers. Thankfully I spoke with several other dealers who were honest and figured out I was being bamboozled. Not that it matters since I literally have never had worse communication in a car sale. Happy ending though. I got the same model year and miles car from an honest dealer for $1000 less. If you want an initiative salesman, rude finance manager and to pay a load of fees these are your guys!
My daughter and I worked with Matt Rice. He was so nice and helpful. Even when we wanted to try a feature in one of the new cars, but didn't have an apple cord, he went through all the offices until he found us one. He is no pressure and super kind. If you're looking for an Acura or a used car, talk to Matt.
