Easy and easy out parking lot although the parking out front is a little bit narrow. At night it is well lit. The parking lot and front of the store is ultra clean and the inside of the store is also Ultra nice and clean and very well organized and very well stocked. I had them to check my check engine light and they diagnosed and printed out what was wrong and I bought the part I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this auto parts store. I know there is so many other auto parts stores in Salt Lake City but this one has the best customer service. The employees are so friendly and help with any questions. They are happy to help you with your car if you need to replace your bulbs or engine test. I know other stores offer the same but I'm disabled and one part's store was very annoyed that I asked and said they didn't know how to replace the taillight in my car. It wasn't a problem at O'Reilly's it was done in less than a minute. I appreciate the employees at this location and I will always go there for whatever I may need for my car and refer them to everyone.

I went to one of your other locations redwood and they refused to install my battery. I ended up calling this location state street and Rey was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and I appreciated that. This will be my go-to store from now on. Thank you.
On their website, it clearly says that they install batteries so I went there. I picked out my battery and I asked the lady nicely if they would install it and she said no they do not install batteries I even called ahead of time to make sure that they will install my battery get rid of this employee
Dusty was very pleasant and helpful in helping me find and switch out the correct wipers for my car.
The counter team is always helpful and come out to my car and fill the fluids for me

So helpful! I was having battery issues and, I forgot to get her name, but the woman with the pink hair, she was patient with my zero car knowledge and checked my battery, explained what was the issue and recommended a new one where the cold would not stop my car from starting I just moved here from out of state. Awesome service and very knowledgeable. Will definitely hit this location up again!
Work hours in the website and also in front doors of the store says they work starting at 7:30am to 9pm, i get there early before work to get windshield wipers for my car, at 7:30 they turned on the lights including the big neon sign that says OPEN, i waited for 20 minutes until 7:50am and No one shows up to open the doors or even to say if the store will be remain closed. A piece of advice: customers can come back if your service is good enough to get over the price, but a bad service can't bring you back no matter the price, and that includes the most valuable thing: Time.
