Mayor Bowser and her staff do not answer voicemails or emails from constituents! Reached out on 6.17.22 and still have not received any responses. DC city council gives you the run around on issues. Beautiful building filled with lazy bureaucrats more focused on instagram photo ops than actually helping constituents!

DC Emancipation Day brought out the city to celebrate a historical first that took place in area. Before the Emancipation Proclamation was signed, DC had already declared all enslaved Washingtonians were free. The concert was proceeded by a parade. Great day of music, dance, and remembrance.

Went for an event here during Ramadan, always have a nice time but I think from this point on they need to give us a bigger room to use.

I was fortunate enough as a volunteer too see my friend & ward 4 council member Brandon Todd get sworn in.
