The pavilion shows great views of the city, but the plexiglass safety barriers and steel cable grills prevents you from taking good photos of the cityscape.  The hallway showcases beautiful old photos and an old bank vault door.

Free museum with great views. Not sure why people gave this less than 4 stars. Go all the way to the tower, which the entrance is located right next to the Starbucks.

Great views from the Bell tower. No line to get up the elevator and it's free to go up. You can see the whole city from the top

The entrance is through the Starbucks in this building that's hidden to the side. Can't make it to the Washington monument, this is the second best view of the city. And free.
