Arranged a meeting with Mr. Burns on 8/29. We discussed Tax and Estate issues. He seemed to be knowledgeable and it gave me confidence my situation was in good hands. However... after not hearing from his office for a month, I reached out to them. Jane said that they were very busy and she claimed to know about my case. She needed some forms sent to her (death certificates). At this point I still didn't have anything in writing on the costs involved. It is now Nov. 29 and I've still had no words from his office. I've called and told them that I will seek other counsel since my case isn't important to them.
