The ladies from Takacs McGinnis were most helpful as I dealt with the injury to my Mother, and her subsequent death. The ladies were all very professional but remained personable during the 18 months it took to close my mother's estate. Would have been quicker had I worked with the same diligence. I will remain with Takacs McGinnis to assure my family will have a smooth passing.

We have used Takacs and McGinnis for my mother and father and also my wife. With this firm we were able to keep my mother and father from spending down all their assets and still live in a comfortable surroundings. I feel without their help we would have run out of money 5 years before they passed away. With my wife she got a fungus pneumonia and was in the hospital for about 6 months. Before she died they were going to put her in a nursing home. The nursing home was going to charge me $18,000 a month for her care. This scared me and I knew I needed help. They help me through this crisis. I definitely recommend this firm. They are easy to talk to and have a lot of empathy. Gilbert Cohen

Beautiful Souls these people are. Such a blessing to my parents and to me helping me navigate the care for both parents with dementia. When you don't know what to do these people do and there so patient with you helping you make difficult decisions. They have always been there to help every time I called. Couldn't have made it without them. Great Staff and Lawyers. Real people that's what I love the most . They really understand. Help with legal matters ,medicaid, medicare, and Veterans benefits. I highly recommend them.
