We were referred to JIM COMPTON @ John L Scott ( Lake Tapps) .. We are located in north Auburn area. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. While selling our house he gave us pointers before putting on the market. He had multiple offers by day 4. We chose to stay with him while looking for a new home to buy. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to. Due to his fast auctions we are already pending on an amazing house all within a couple weeks of selling mine. I unfortunately spent a day looking at houses with Spencer Gray. It was the worst experience I've had due to his lack of professionalism as well as his demeanor of simply trying to push houses onto you and get you to buy when they aren't quality properties. This, combined with him eating in front of my while driving his car I felt was very classless.
