I had the opportunity to meet with an outstanding realtor, Nellie BELL from John S Realty in Tacoma. She assessed my condo a few days ago. Not only was she punctual, she was extremely thorough and did her homework , comps and market analysis before she even met me. I was very pleased. Unprofessional and borderline unethical. Called to see a property we saw off Zillow. Agreed to a time, then the agent texts me with a demand to either bring all pre-approved loan docs and be ready to offer or he won't show the house. I called their office to complain and see if another agent could help (maybe just a bad apple), but no one else called back. I feel so bad for the seller of the house if their agent is blocking sales. Sad part for the seller is we are well qualified and with sufficient funds to purchase given we liked the house. For reference, name of the agent is Eddie. I recommend finding a more customer obsessed real estate agency with people whom are genuine and work in the best interest of their sellers and buyers.

I love this place. It is the most advanced in marketing and everyone that works there has a great eye for potential. As well as the most unique taste in scouting for houses and satisfying their customers fully with professionalism. I recommend this company big time with all of your real estate needs+more! I will take the family owned business of John S. realty over John L.Scott or Keller Williams franchised agencies any and every day. John S. Realty makes you feel like a person rather than a number. Thanks John S.! You have made my dreams come true!
