Location is great but there’s a leak in the roof of the 3rd floor apartment that took them a month to address.  And all they did was paint over the spot on the ceiling.  It’s coming back surprise surprise.  Apartments are nice but hastily built.  The thermostat randomly turns from cold to heat or from off to heat so you come back to, or wake up to, a hot box, that you get the pleasure of paying for.   Overall management is very slow to respond at best.

Maybe the beast location in Detroit.  Has off street parking.
