should be ZERO STARS STAY AWAY! Born and raised in the Flathead.. see timeline below: June 29- Daughter sent a spreadsheet with items, but no pricing. The only pricing we were given was regarding travel and staff labor. “There is also a travel fee of $75 per vehicle and $25 per staff member per hour.” 29Jun17, from Tiffany (BTW we were charged $28 per hour on the final invoice). Charge was to be refunded as of 3Nov17 July 21, My daughter reached out again for an estimate/finalized pricing. 4 days later on 25Jul17,this is what was received from the owner- “Hello XXXX , I just wanted to check in and make sure I have gotten you all information needed for this moment. Also, that you received the dessert pricing, as it was off of my phone? I hope your week is going well and look forward to hearing from you.” Still no invoice or contract to sign. August 1- My daughter again reached out to them about an invoice. The owner responded at 729pm that she would get right on that tomorrow. Again, we received nothing. It took us calling and saying they had 24hrs to respond with a rough estimate or we would have to find someone else. We all arrived in town did the food tasting on Tuesday August 15, 2017. We ordered sirloin, fish, jalepeno mac n cheese, and scalloped potatoes. The food tasting had prime rib, chicken, seasoned red potatoes, Cajun jerk shrimp and no mac n cheese. Not one item we ordered was there for the food tasting, we asked about the fish and was told that was ordered the day before in order to be fresh. At that time she required a $1500 deposit and I gave her my CC and said that the rest of the bill was going to be paid by my daughter’s credit card so we can keep track of wedding expenses. August 19- wedding day. 40 minutes late arriving for set-up for the appetizers prior to the wedding. Food was as ordered except the mac n cheese didn’t have jalepenos. The food was very good and the servers were pleasant. Sep 13- John’s Angels charged my citi card 3596.50 and failed again to provide me an invoice prior to charging a card that they had no authorization to do. Sep 14- I called John’s Angels and spoke to them about charging my card without an invoice and the issues we had with the food either being erroneously ordered, wrong food provided, or food that went missing. She assured me that her accountant would have the charges reversed the next day, 15Sep and that we would have the itemized invoice. She said her accountant would call me regarding the card charge and her chef would call me about the food issue, neither happened nor was my card charges removed. Sep 15- They sent the correspondence to the wrong person and that was the person that forwarded me the email because my email was on the invoice but was only sent to her … without an actual invoice only an amount due. (emails enclosed) Sep 16- I emailed John’s Angels again requesting an itemized invoice (see 2nd invoice 1399 email, very top of the string). Sep 18- emails enclosed requesting that the charge be reversed and a request again for the invoice. No response at all. Disputed charge with Visa and charges removed. Still no invoice. 24Oct- card charged again and finally received an itemized invoice to review. Note that they sent this invoice to the wrong patron once again, not my daughter but a different person with the same first name. This alone should give you a little insight to their ability to pay attention to detail. “This card we have on file for the deposit is now bound to the full amount of the wedding cost due to the lack of communication on your behalf to get this paid.” I responded to this by calling her and leaving a voicemail telling her that I had never received an invoice from her until today and that was after having my card charged twice. I responded to her requesting some charges be removed and then we would settle up our bill in order to get this behind us, no response at all. No return phone call, no return email.
