I came to this location and was very impressed with the selection and prices compared to retail stores. I purchased a pair based on the sales associates recommendation and was pleased as I left the store having got such a good deal. However after wearing the shoes for less than 1 day at work I was unsatisfied with the fit and attempted to return the shoes. Luckily, or so I thought, I got the same helpful salesman upon my return. He told me they could not resale the shoes and would not return them. I was pretty upset by this and called the J&M customer service. They were more than friendly, and informed me that they have a 90 day return policy and was unsure why the store would not honor that. They returned the shoes hassle-free and kept me as a customer. I will continue to buy the product but will certainly go online or to another retailer to avoid this location.
