always had a positive experience, and the people have always been willing to try to meet my schedule and specific concerns. they have been willing to try to answer questions and explain things that I did not understand the reason for and I was never made to feel stupid because I do not know how to make shoes and inserts myself. Thanks to a great company I have used for over 25 years. Great Job and great People !!!!!

I've purchased 4 pair of boots over the last 6 years. From Spanish bullhide work boots to African Hornback crocodile dress boots. I've never been disappointed with Garys recommendations or the quality of the final result. I wear my boots every day, either to work, church, or a date with my wife. I love my boots! Gary is truly a master of his art, he is worth every penny.
