Story

Jon Musgrave is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in compassionate structural bodywork, a deep tissue modality that is intentionally non-painful and works to release chronic and acute tension and pain patters. He specializes in working with clients to ease pain in the neck & shoulders, upper & lower back, hip/knee/ankle, and arms. He also specializes in helping clients with scoliosis feel better while learning more about their curves. In addition to all of this, Jon is a conductor and tuba player, and works with other performers to heal performance-related injuries.

Jon trained at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY and graduated in 2011. After graduating, he worked for one of my amazing teachers, Adrienne Ruzic, at Quintessence Massage and Wellness in Ithaca. In October 2012, he moved to New York City, and established my private practice. Alongside of this, he worked for Equinox, Nickle Spa, Yelo Spa, and Avalon Spa. Since June 2014, he has been seeing clients exclusively through his private practice.
