They lost the first star the first time they made me wait an hour after I had on time arrived for my scheduled appointment. They lost the second star when this same lack of organization caused me to wait between 30 minutes to an hour the next 6 visits there as well. Every time I had a scheduled appointment that I showed up to, on time. Every time I was forced to wait. They lost the third star when after waiting for 30-60 minutes every visit, I was escorted to a room where, much to my surprise, I waited some more. The doctor takes a further 20 minutes to come and visit you. The fourth and final star is lost during that visit. I don’t understand why I would have to wait anywhere from 40-80 minutes total for a very very very brief 1-3 minute conversation with the doctor. At that rate, he should be able to get through 40 patients in the time I waited for him each visit. Makes you wonder what he is doing. Don’t waste your time.

When I first entered the office the front desk staff seemed very busy! I had to wait a few minutes to be spoken to but nothing horrible. The ladies seemed stressed and didn’t give me excellent customer service but again they seemed very busy and overwhelmed! Once I was broght back I quickly learned the assistant was AMAZING! I feel horrible for not remembering her name but she had red hair and I loved her! Can’t remember the doctors name either but he was quick and got me in and out super fast. The procedure was almost completely painless! Just a quick poke for the anesthetic and I didn’t feel a thing after that. I had and AWESOME experience.

Would definitely recommend. They have been great with my son. His acne has almost completely cleared and only been going for a few months. Doctor and staff are excellent to work with.

Dr. Office was well organized and the people wiring there very friendly, I didn't need to wait very long and the Dr. Was kind, efficient, but took his time to explain any questions I had. All in all it was a good experience when it comes to Dr. Appts : especially being a new patient.

I did my first ever vampire facial with Brook, and she was phenomenal! I felt very comfortable the entire time and she explained the process and everything I needed to know.
