Today was the first and last time I will EVER do business with this company. The staff was rude, especially Tyson. Not only was he rude, but he cursed (GD and an f-bomb) a couple of times in front of me and my 13 month old child. He then made fun of me, laughed at me, and gave me a very hard time for wanting to use a $20 off $100 coupon in front of the whole store. The store was also a mess with food and drinks on the counter and trash on the floor. I had to move a drink cup to pay for the suit I was buying. Stay away from this store. Customer service was completely unprofessional.

Buyer Beware: I'm a repeat client at Jos A Bank but this experience will force me to find another company to do business with. From the moment I stepped in to the store I was passed from one sales person to another and in the end no one knew what the other one had done or said to me. To make matters worse when I can back to pick up my suite after three weeks and no calls, the pants were to short and the jacket sleeves came down to my knuckles. The department manager & a sales associate both looked me over and said " The suite looks great " It when from bad to worse after that. A week later, three calls to home office and to the store manager I got a refund. Very bad experience, I want be back.

Assistant manager at front end was very nasty and unhelpful and didn't even know what products where carried in the store however if it wasn't for Steve and Daniel this would a 1 star review they where fantastic and look forward to dealing with them again!

POOR JUDGEMENT!!! Recently went to the store to purchase my son his first suit. Saleswoman that helped seemed nice and after trying on several jackets, realized we needed a size/color that wasn't in stock. She said she would order the correct size and I left my phone number so she could call me when the suit arrived. Fast forward a couple weeks… Never received a phone call or message so my son popped by the store to see if the suit had arrived. The young saleswoman told him that it did but they sent it back because she didn't feel we were serious. Question, why even order the suit in the first place and then send it back if she felt we weren't serious (which we obviously were since we stopped back by to see if it had arrived)? Happily took our business elsewhere!

Buyer or renter beware. Incompetent or worse people work here. They put the wrong (way wrong) measurements down for the rental of a wedding tux and charged me a deposit. Had I not double checked, I would have gone without on my son's wedding day. When I called to complain, the "manager", Marshal, was unimpressed and did not apologize!
