Very clean place the employees were very helpful i got my wife a vase of flowers for our 29th anniversary they were truly helpful and my wife love it very much you must go there they will take very good care of you i promise

My sister orderered Me an arrangement . It looked liked a $9.99 arrangement from Walmart stuck in a dollar store vase I sent my sister a picture along with a thank you . She had paid $79.00 for the arrangement and explained in detail what she wanted The picture of the arrangement left her speechless. Nothing like what she had asked for and very poor quality . She called the florist , they appoligised , said they were out of flowers and would get a new shipment in tomarrow and would redo the arrangement. I called them and told them to credit my sister her money back. I am very upset that they would send something out like that to begin with. If I had not sent the picture to my sister she would not have known any different . And they would have gotten away with sending a $10.00 arrangement in the place of a $79.00 one. I'm am offended they would do my sister this way . I will never use McKENZIE Street Florest and I will certainly warn anyone who is looking for a florest not to use them either She used them based on the reviews and their rating. I hope this truthfull one will keep someone else from this same experience Shame on you for taking advantage of someone trying to brighten someone's day !

Sissy and Peggy were super helpful around this most dreaded day for men of our nation, Valentine's Day. They helped arrange the flowers, had the gifts ready, and did not laugh too much when answered what to put on the card. Keep up the great work!

Let me preface this message with this statement: I'm a very disgruntled customer. I placed an order for a delivery of flowers to my precious girlfriend while I am away training for another deployment with the military. I placed the order three days in advance. I called the shop on the morning of the 5th to ensure that the shop was tracking my order since I placed it online. She assured me that they were ready to be delivered. The flowers were an hour late, and the sweet lady had to drive AFTER HOURS to deliver them. What that says to me is that the lady I spoke to this morning didn't do her job when she didn't make sure the delivery information (flowers to be delivered at 4pm) carried over to the second shift. Also, the delivery person failed to complete his/her tasks by leaving for the day without making sure the orders were completing. I'm, typically, a lenient man, but this kind of ethic is unacceptable to me.

I've used McKenzie Street Florist several times now for various events. Each and every time they've exceeded my expectations. Their work is unique, fresh, and makes a statement.
