Joseph Wood Hill Park

Love coming here on a clear day. The view is excellent in the winter when the leaves have fallen and the view expands. Can see foe miles and you get a lovely view of Mt. Hood. Right now parking is limited and a portion of the road is blocked off. Not sure why. Great place to bring visitors from out of town.

It was a gray cloudy day, but the clouds were high so we could still see forever. Absolutely beautiful. I've lived here for 35 years and I've never been here before. My mother and I have been looking out my living room window at Rocky Butte and finally decided to go. How did I miss this?!

Great view point. There's tons of space up too to social distance and enjoy the Portland scenery. Gotta walk up some status so it's not wheelchair accessible but I love coming up here to think or show off Portland.

Awesome place to see the sunrise or sunset

Difficult to find a parking spot. No picnic areas. But this is a great location to view Mount Saint Helens and Mount Hood from the same spot. Also, the hillside homes on stilts are amazing!
