When we had a very unexpected and false accusation come out of nowhere against one of my children I didn't know what to do. I started by googling best criminals defense lawyers in Columbus, OH and the Joslyn Law Firm was at the top of the list. I was immediately impressed by the easy to navigate website and by all the information available on their site. I called the office that very day expecting to leave a voicemail as it was a Sunday. However to my surprise the call was answered. They took my info and said they would let Mr. Joslyn know. I expected a call later in the week and again to my surprise Mr. Joslyn took time out of his weekend to call me that very Sunday! I was immediately impressed that he even called outside of normal working hours. After talking with him I was 100% sure I had made the right decision to contact the Joslyn Law Firm. He took the time to talk everything over with me and set an office appointment up that day as well. I felt like myself and my son were in very good hands and indeed we were. Throughout the course of this whole situation we were treated like their most important client. The amount of professionalism, intelligence, knowledge of the law, and the personal care that Mr Joslyn and his entire team showed us throughout all of this was amazing. They took the time to answer any phone calls I had, any questions and concerns I had, and showed tremendous personal care about my son throughout this whole situation. I feel like it's not just a job to Mr. Joslyn and his team, I feel like they truly care and like I said I felt like we were considered their number one client which was an amazing thing considering how many clients the law office probably actually has at any given time. As impressed as I was at this point already that feeling only grew once we made it into the courtroom. Mr. Joslyn knows the law inside out. He's an extremely intelligent individual and he worked incredibly hard on our case even going so far as to give up his weekend time as he worked on our case. There are many times on the weekends where he was hard at work on our defense and he would contact us with questions which I was happily willing to answer. Personally I feel like I could have searched all of Ohio and not found a better attorney or law office to represent my son. From beginning to end my expectations were exceeded by how Mr. Joslyn and his team handled our case. If in the future I ever need the services of an attorney again I absolutely 100% with no doubt will contact Mr. Joslyn and the Joslyn Law Firm again. So far, my experience with this law firm has been very positive. I am still in the middle of my court processes with them so I can update this if anything changes, but so far Brian has been my lawyer. Him and his team have been very quick and responsive. I had multiple lawyers recommended to me from all over Ohio, but after speaking with the Joslyn Law Firm this was the only consultation I was able to speak to and get my case assigned to the lawyer who the firm’s reputation and accolades were awarded to. The consultation was very thorough and Brian actually sounded like he cared about the case, rather than the “just another case” vibe I was getting from the associate lawyers at other firms.

I’ve never had to hire a lawyer, or been arrested until a couple months ago.
