Food use to be good. One whole Chicken is small and dry. The rice tasted limey. The potato salad was not fresh and tasted like they put lemon mixed in it.Food: 1/5

I have been enjoying Juan Pollo for over 30 years! OMG... that's a long time! I live out of state now, but was craving the juicy, flavorful chicken; rice; and potato salad during my visit. I was NOT disappointed. Just as delicious and same great quality from over 30 years ago. Kudos Juan Pollo team! Good on ya!
Always delicious! Great chicken!!! But my favorite is the potato salad!!!! Soooo good!!!! Very reasonable to feed a family AND great deals for catering far gatherings!

Very friendly staff. Just not very clean if waiting inside. Get the take out and the potatoe salad and orange bang! Yummy!
Very hit and miss, for example I've had my order screwed up at least 3 times but after taking a break for a few months we decided to try again. So far our last two orders were great and didn't have any issues. We've eaten here for about 5 years now and it's a toss up at best.
Love the chicken, salsa, and potato salad here. With the potato salad, it seems to be a love it or hate it kinda thing. I can literally eat the hot salsa with a spoon. Don't get the mild. The hot is much more crunchy and flavorful. Peculiar addition is the carrots which blend quite well in the mix.
