Listen from 9-5 I have tons to do, but when I go to Ouris it’s like I’m a bird flown free from this zoo I call life. Ouris represents freedom, and the freedom to choose, the freedom to choose healthy, the freedom to eat salads 10 times the size of your stomach. So this year don’t hesitate to vote Ouris, the place to eat. I’m ravioli girl and I approve this message.
Food kinda alright could be better
I don’t mind paying $12 for a salad but can you please cut it so I can eat it.. I am not a Farm animal ‍
Mail order juice? We were not disappointed! The coconut juice was by far the best!
So I just started my cleanse, will update review about the product once I'm done. The review is primarily regarding shipping. Although the company claims you will receive your product frozen or partially frozen, mine were completely thawed when I received them. I immediately called with concern because I wasn't planning on starting my cleanse right away. The customer service rep told me to just refreeze them and they should be ok. Again, they were not warm but completely thawed. I question the effectiveness and safety of the product at this point but I'll see how the cleanse goes.
I’ve ordered from many different juice cleanse companies this one is my favorite! I can’t handle strait up bitter cleanses, I find myself adding pineapple juice to them. Yes this one is delicious with some sweetness. But come on people pressed apples and other fruits are not bad. I guess those giving it poor ratings for the sweetness should order somewhere else. To each his own. This is my new favorite I can drink every bottle without gagging, they are all delicious! I was in my glory when I drank the detox greens and actually really enjoyed them! I’ll be ordering again. I had no issues with shipping either.
I am currently on the fast, today is my last day. I have to say that the ingredients could be improved. There have only been two that are palatable, the rest are difficult to put down. A suggestion, increase the good flavors so that the others aren't so overbearing. I had to squeeze lemon in those that have lemon to help me drink it. And I couldn't finish the cashew, try replacing that with almond and I'm sure you'll get better reviews. I'm just trying to give you some constructive advise. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be ordering again. The flavors must improve.
I bought a juice cleanse a week ago, when I got a confirmation email it said I would receive my juices on Friday. I emailed the company because the site said if you aren’t going to be there when your juice is delivered to let them know to leave it. I then received an email from Kelly Malone confirming that it would be here on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and I have yet to receive my juice cleanse. I emailed her on Sunday because I was very unhappy with this and I payed $29.99 for shipping. If I pay that much for shipping, I better be getting it as soon as possible I explained to her that I was dissatisfied and wanted a refund for shipping. She emailed me back and said that the cleanse they sent was probably spoiled by now and that they would be sending another that is supposed to be arriving today. She completely ignored my request for a refund and I had to email her several more times before she acknowledged that I asked for one. She is now refusing to give me a refund because I bought the juices through Groupon and it requires a $29.99 shipping charge, which I understand but it’s completely unacceptable for me to pay that much for shipping and for the company to confirm two separate dates that I should be receiving it on, and I don’t receive it. I will never buy juice from this company ever again. Hopefully there juice ends up being good but the hassle has not been worth it. I’m very disappointed in the customer service.
I purchased a 5 day juice cleanse. They have you choose your day of shipping which is nice so you can plan your grocery shopping and everything else around the cleanse. So I get the cleanse and it is missing all of the detox greens. One didn’t have a label and and that gave me sweet greens instead. They only open Monday to Friday 9-5 to talk to someone on the phone, so I sent an e mail. I began corresponding with one person and another person started e mailing me being rude. I just wanted a refund for the juices I did not receive which they were tying to give me a refund based off the promotion they were running at the time rather than what I spent. Makes no sense. I work in customer service everyday. This is ridiculous to inconvenience someone and try to make you feel guilty for it. The lady Kelly ignored my question and stopped responding. Worst first time experience!
I ordered a cleanse from Juice From the Raw directly and was asked to choose a day for delivery. I chose a day before I was to begin my cleanse, so I didn't have to worry about freezing them because there are 18 bottles in a cleanse. The day the shipment was supposed to deliver, it never made it and I didn't get my shipment until the following day. Unfortunately, I couldn't begin my cleanse a day later because I had to travel for work flying to the west coast on what would be my last cleanse day. I emailed the company directly on the originally scheduled shipment day once I realized it was not going to be delivered that day. I explained that I would not be able to start the cleanse the day after due to my travel schedule and asked if the juices would still be okay if stored in my refrigerator since I had no room in my freezer and started the cleanse 6 days after the originally scheduled delivery. I received a response from the President of the company/Customer Service rep saying that I would need to freeze the juices for them to be okay. I again explained that was not possible and asked for a refund since I would not be able to do the cleanse and it was due to their shipment not coming on the day it was promised. They responded telling me the juices would be fine frozen up to 6 months why thank you for the information that has nothing to do with my concern, perhaps you could also tell me what the weather was in London last Tuesday as that would be just as helpful to me. I again responded explaining that I was traveling and could only keep them in my refrigerator for the time I would be away and could only start the cleanse once I return. Then the same person President of the company/Customer Service rep I have been communicating with told me that the juices SHOULD be fine as they are shipped frozen and they are probably frozen still in my refrigerator. Well, that's not a risk I am willing to take, ESPECIALLY since the first response said they would not last that long. Shoddy responses and poor customer service. I will never do business with this company again. Oh, also when I told them how unhappy I was, they told me they are sorry I feel that way. Gee, thanks! I'm sorry I blew $100 on juices that will be going down my drain, but I'm most sorry that Juice From the Raw doesn't stand behind their promises and tell their customers two different stories. I do not recommend dealing with this company or purchasing any of their products.
