good local mini supermarket where you can get all your essential items quick and easy. only downfall is that they don't have any deals or rewards card. so it makes your shopping a little expensive but convenient.
Not impressed. Poor variety of fruits and vegetables; the once they have are low quality or old and quite price comparison to other stores. They have a lot “long shelf life” products, but it’s more American supermarket than Chinese.
They serve expired food and old produce. Very dirty and moldy. Over priced . They don’t use the circular for the store location. Even when it’s on sale they will charge your full price . Bad customer service. Save your money and health
The store is near my home I came there few time a week. Its very conveniently for me. One huge minus is the cashier. The rudest customer service ever! The cashier was arguing and screaming on the young lady with a child in front of me, and that’s not first time when I see that that old lady is angry at the customers, that was unprofessional. She can’t work with people, owner should better to put her to stock the shelves. Very disappointed. Need to change attitude to the customers.
Empty store with nothing, just wasted my time to walking there
I've shopped here a few times a week and I think they have a great array of products which cater for many palates. The service is usually neutral. There is a mature lady and gentlemen who work as cashiers and they are generally polite. Today however, made me question if I'd be back simply, because of the behavior of the two young cashiers. They were just casually chatting away and could not be bothered to acknowledge the customers in front of them. I actually found myself feeling awkward to interrupt their conversation to ask for an item that's kept behind the counter. Coming from the service industry, I understand how powerful a simple "hello" is. Please remind your employees that they are not doing the customer a favour by checking out their groceries. It is the other way around. Without customers they would not have a job. Your selection in the shop is great but, work on your staff's customer relations a little.
This supermarket is crowded but as everything that you need literally if you're just quickly going in there to grab a couple of things for the house or anything that you need like a central items it's actually a pretty good spot to get whatever you need but I do have to admit it does get crowded once in awhile and you know the overpopulation is due to the fact that it is on avenue U which is a overpopulated avenue but at the same time they clean they keep it clean and the prices are good they're fair and I would recommend shopping at the supermarket to anybody who lives around the area or whoever drives by the area or whoever is is in need of groceries or any essential items for the home as in toilet paper bounty etc
I like this more than bigger supermarkets because it is compact and easy to go in get what I need and be out quick. Would like more options in the plant based foods but overall I prefer this to the big store and long waits of stop and shop.
I live close to this supermarket. It's on my way to the train stop so, I occasionally pop in to pick up ingredients for dinner. They sell an assortment of fruits and veggies out front. The supermarket has narrow aisles. They have sales often but, items are a limited variety. A few times I bought fruit, it went bad a day later. I think the produce they put out front that's usually cheaper than the one inside goes bad quickly.
Low quality fruits, witnessed who seemed to be the owner being rude to a customer when he was asking a question regarding a sale. Before that an employee simple answered the customer that whatever the computer rings up is the correct price. First and Last time going there
