Horrible experience! We ordered counter tops on January 31, 2018. When we still hadn't received the counter tops by March 16, with no installation date in sight, and after numerous phone calls and emails, we cancelled the order. As you can imagine this completely shot our move in schedule. We were promised an immediate refund. When we still had no refund on March 27th we had to involve the credit card company to finally get our money back. I would give them no stars but the software won't let you.

The prices are good, but ordering something is horrible. I paid and ordered a carpet. I was told 2 weeks for delivery. It is over a month and they have no idea where it is. I was told since I paid cash if I cancel the order it will take over 2 to 3 weeks to get a refund. If you have to order anything DON'T ! Dont know if all the stores are this incompetent but the Dickson City PA store is.

Service is horrible with the kitchen cabinets. It seems as if they just don’t want to help you and that your bothering them. I manage 600 properties and you just lost a potential customer. It’s sad but I guess it’s Home Depot across the street
