The Solid Wood Cabinet Company

We bought cabinets in 2015 and were very satisfied. The woman who helped us was great. She sat us down and help us plan out the look we wanted. She came up with some fantastic ideas. Worked with us to stay with in our budget. I'm writing this review now because I came to the site considering and matching desk area off my kitchen and saw the reviews and was surprised. We had a very good experience with Solid wood cabinets on Street road I. Warrington/warminster. Our cabinets were delivered on time with everything needed. My only issue was the people at Let's get stoned tried to mess with us on the sink. And that who SWC works with, but the woman at SWC call Lets get stoned and got it all straightened out. We love the look of our cabinets as well as the functionality.

Worst company to deal with ever. I wouldn't even give them the one star except I had to in order to complete this. We have redone entire kitchens with other companies before but Solid Wood was by far the worst experience. Once the sale was made we couldn't get in touch with the sales rep with questions or problems. Also, the people sent to install the cabinets were clearly not trained let alone certified. They were rude and crude to my father during the whole process. They installed some of the pieces backward so when corrected they "filled" the holes they created, but now there are holes in the front of those pieces. Anytime we tried to call the office, no one ever got back to us. The project took three times longer than it should have due to their ineptness, yet they tried to make us pay the final installment before the job was complete...very shady. Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience.

Pushy sales lady with blond hair. Wouldn't let us ask a question. Good thing she is being transfered. Was rude with her can I help you's from behind her desk. She should have just got up.

Nice looking cabinets, but not much cheaper than full custom cabinets.
