Worst customer service! Called 5 days ago and asked if they could plastic wrap the furniture I was picking up because of the rain, they said yes no problem whatsoever, went to pick it up today and they inform me it's not there problem. $2800 worth of furniture and it's not there problem? Taking my business elsewhere!

The staff and prices are great but their delivery for kitchen cabinets isn't great. I don't know if this is just cabinets fault or the cabinets manufacturer. The granite company they used installed timely, however, all of my pull out drawers are off track since installation. They are not on track and the tracking hardware is now scraping the brand new wood drawers that I waited too long for. I wouldn't recommend them for kitchens.

Had a great experience and the staff was very helpful. I was shocked to see so much furniture. If you looking for furniture you MUST check out this hidden secret in York. Well worth exploring when looking for new furniture and the prices are very good too.

We had ordered a very nice 2 piece sectional and set up delivery for Lancaster. After sending the wrong pieces we had to go get the sectional ourselves so we could have it same day. Chris was helpful in getting us loaded up and refunding us for delivery and giving us a discount for our troubles. We are very happy with our experience even with the little hiccup in delivery.
