This place is not what it says. The testimonials have to be payed actors. Doors were not properly installed. We had multiple cabinets that were damaged and those were the only ones that were replaced in 7 business days. The original order was over 30 days and still had cabinets missing. All wood with all metal better believe that is a lie. Our shelves had some metal holders some plastic, also had a cabinet that the holes were to big for plastic shelf holders or the metal. Upgraded to the soft close doors thats a joke they are not installed and they tell u they click into the hinges. (Nope u have to drill holes and screw those in) could go to lowes and buy the same thing. The knowlege is not there the person selling only says stuff. With these hinges in multiple emails again assured md they clicked into the hinges when i asked for instructions because none were given i finally was sent a picture of how to drill and mount the soft close door pieces. When arrival of cabinets you are to inspect within 5 days if u do this make sure u inspect everything ( holes for shelves,doors opening closing/ ruining the wood because the hinges are loose,panels on the doors (that they are not loose and slide side to side and up and down) ,the inside shelves. About 75 percent of out cabinets were ok. But continued to find major flaws even after installed. I am curently still installing it has been about a week and a half since we recieved. So this is my true testimonial i am a regular joe installing myself and do not have huge expectations. Although after spending almost 15k i would expect what i am told

Jessica was great from beginning until the end of the process. She has a wonderful personality and great product knowledge. She showed me all the different cabinets they had and was able to talk about all the features of each set of cabinetry. Me and my wife built our home in 2013 and so I took the specs of my kitchen with me and I must say she designed it spot on. It looked just like my kitchen when she was finished. She was great with small talk and she told me she had moved from Annapolis Maryland with her boyfriend and I talked about how me and my fiancé moved here from Philadelphia in 2011 and that this was a great area to raise kids it was a very pleasant conversation as she worked on my kitchen mock-up. Also let me say this I am 20 year sales professional and when I am impressed with someone I always fill out these reviews to let management know. It is hard to find sales professionals that have great personality, can multitask and have product knowledge and she was a trifecta. My experience was great and my wife who is a physician at Hershey Medical was impressed with the pricing and the fact that she placed her name on the sales quote although she was not there. I wish Jessica much success in her endeavors and your company will do well with a professional like Jessica. One more thing I really was impressed with the monitor on the wall in which I could see her doing a live mock-up of my kitchen cabinets.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Beautiful, high quality cabinets at a good price - we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were in your showroom in Mecanicsburg PA and had the opportunity to meet Jackie Thomas and I have to say she was the best designer I have ever dealt with. She was so helpful with what I want and how we are gonna set things up in my kitchen design. We have been getting estimates from other companies and she was very attentive to everything We wanted. I also called in and talked to Pat Young to let her know how happy I was with Jackie. I was satisfied when we left the showroom which was 2hours after closing to finish up our design and she never even flinched when 5:00 came around. Other designers were eager to help us but would cut us short 15 min before closing. Again Jackie deserves a great review for all she did for us. Thank You kindly Connie Stosius

Awful. Damaged cabinets. No doors. Absolutely no QC or accountability.
