I frequent salad places nearly daily. This location is often pretty gross. The salads are way overpriced, and most cooked items are under or over cooked. If you have food allergies, the food is usually cross contaminated.
This is by far my favorite spot ever! I've been going here since they first opened and been a on/off customer. They have a solid team here and hope they keep the team happy and not change them out. Liz and the manager Manuel are currently holding it down during the outbreak and have to say thank you so much for being their when we as essential worker's put our life on the line. So much appreciated for customer service and delicious food!
This place has gotten progressively worse in the 7 months I have been working in the area. Every time I go there are new inexperienced staff. Every time my order is either wrong or like today they give me a half portion for a $13 dish. The picture attached is the bowl before I began eating.
My wild guess that the 2 reasons why this place always looks empty are 1 high prices for 5-ingredients salads / bowls, and 2 the poorest customer service. I can get the logic behind the prices: you want to position yourself as a high-quality & healthy lunch place. What’s the problem with the staff? They have problems hearing your order and end up messing up the ingredients any ways. They can’t handle more than 1 customer in a line. They should definitely improve their mixing skills. Maybe some training would help?
The selection of salads/wraps was great and the staff was all very friendly as well. My salad was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return.
Used to enjoy chix poblano. Had a fresh salad with rancid chicken. The end.
Javier was super-friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Made sure my order was out right away I was early. Just watching him greet and deal with other customers after me, he is a true asset to the team.
Delivery men incapable of ringing the doorbell. Do not order delivery especially from their app. Better off ordering in person.
As a vegetarian I eat a lot of salads. I love the freshness, quality & variety of food to choose from. I could never get bored or tired with the selection which is why I go to Just Salad approximately 4 times a week and have been going for a long time. You get to know the staff & it is delightful to be served by Alexis with her great attitude & big smile & Toya who .knows what I usually order & prepares my salad fast & efficiently. Of course this happens under the watchful eyes of good management. It is a great place to go.
i eat here every day! awesome food clean place super healthy and shout out to Serena the friendly cashier who always makes my day and asks about how life is going and connects with every single person!!
