Didn't even get past the receptionist, super rude. Normally, when you call a Doctor's office, they ask what is the reason for the visit and book the appointment, that's it. I had fallen down my stairs at home and thought my tailbone was broken because it was painful to sit. She wanted to know how I knew I had a tailbone injury, which was a weird question and she had a horrible attitude, and was badgering me about my fall. Asking me how I fell? Another weird question. She kept asking why I didn't go to the emergency room instead of calling them, which didn't make sense. I just needed someone to perform an X-ray to determine if it was broken or bruised. I did not like that at all. I'm in horrible pain, and just wanting to make an appointment and instead I have a rude receptionist that is making me feel like she doesn't even want to help or book an appointment for me. There was no need to be so condescending. That was the strangest experience I've ever had in calling to book an appointment. Went to an Urgent Care after all that, turns out I had just bruised it.

Dr Chronister has been my orthopedic physician for about 5-6 years now. As a Nurse of 30 years i find he is very professional! He has good bedside manners. He returns calls promptly. He has done both of my knee replacements! He sets up home health services before the procedure so you can start therapy right away. He makes sure your pain is well controlled after surgery. He is compassionate towards his clients. He listens to what u have to say. I will never change doctors! I want to Thank You for all you have done and all you continue to do. Keep doing what you are doing!

Best Orthopedic Team ever!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Chronister is excellent, he did my knee surgery, he is very patient, caring and understanding. My surgery was FLAWLESS with no limp noted at all. He and Dakota are truly an amazing Team! Thanks for the professionalism, patience and care you both have shown me throughout the years.

I left the military in 2006 but still consider myself generally fit. A series of falls focused on my right arm and shoulder and the continuous pain led me to search for an orthopedic surgeon. I found Dr Chronister after searching for a top rated surgeon. Based upon his ratings I scheduled a visit. From the first time I met him I felt at ease. His approach is to recommend the right course of treatment based upon the needs and lifestyle of his patient. Ultimately I needed surgery to ensure that my lifestyle was restored to where it was prior to my injuries. Dr Chronister did a fantastic job prepping me for surgery and then on the day he opened me up there were a number of complications which could not be anticipated or determined prior to surgery. He flexed as necessary, did a fantastic job and fixed me up to be as good as new. I could not have asked for, or expected, a better surgeon. He is now my orthopedic surgeon for life. I have already made a couple of recommendations and he has fixed them up. I am so thankful to have found him and highly recommend him. Just get behind me if I need surgery first :

Dr. Chronister is a great doctor! If you can pass through the staff the diagnosis is on the point and very accurate. I’ve seen him as a patient myself and will Highly recommend it to my own patients if they need an orthopedic specialist.

Dr. Chronister treated me for plantar fasciitis and a bone spur that was extremely painful. He did a great job getting me to recovery and back to being pain free. I highly recommend him for any orthopedic issue.

Dr Chronister and Dakota are outstanding. Such an eye for detail excellent technician. Wonderful bedside manner..excellent knowledge of orthopedics.. You're in excellent hand with these gentlemen..

Sherry is a really rude and condescending and is not helpful. Had a surgery scheduled for a set date and asked for time off from work only to learn that Sherry had changed the date stating that we did it confirm the date which we did. I asked to be transferred to her manager or if she could provide and email and she would only provide me with the first name of her manager and then transferred me to a voice mail box so I could leave a message. We are thinking twice about having a procedure . This is a bad reflection on the practice.

Dr. Chronister is very professional and friendly. Took time to hear out my concerns and discuss solutions on moving forward. He takes his time to make sure everything is resolved. Highly recommend

Dr. Chronister is a great sports medicine doctor. I have been a patient for years and have sent family, friends and colleagues to him because I believe and trust him.
