Jove and Maria were always available via email or phone to answer any questions. They made the whole home buying process as smooth as possible. Jove and his firm are an absolute pleasure to work with. I was a first time home buyer, and Jove took the time to talk through various parts of the home buying experience and why we were taking certain actions. This education was extremely helpful and appreciated. I recognize how busy Jove is, but he was always there to support me and my concerns. Additionally, he always ensured I was minimizing any vulnerabilities or risks during the purchasing process. This all being said, I think the thing I appreciated most about Jove was his responsiveness. He would get information back to me within minutes and never let anything drag on where I felt a need to reach out to him first. He was always on top of things and a couple steps ahead.
