Had a great time playing! Good staff with the exception of a young man named Nick. This kid is completely out-to-lunch. The lights are dim and nobody's home. Poor eye contact and sub-par customer experience provided by this shoe-gazer. I'm not sure if he's a former addict that the hall is employing (kudos to the management for employing those getting back on their feet if this is the case). Otherwise, I'm not sure why he's there, as the other staff seem to help him more than he helps the customers. The other staff are all cheerful and fun to be around!

No packages so a bit pricy. No kitchen. They raised the book prices complaining about min wage hike but there's no kitchen.

Terrible place! Overpriced, under payed, waste of $ & time. Regulars live there practically, max their cards & win everything. Occasional newcomer wins, everyone else, $ down the drain. Staff are ignorant, un-enthusiastic and miserable. Outdated atmosphere, dirty moldy fountain. Machines constantly breaking down. Most un-enjoyable place to gamble, more chance to win at the Casino. Here you invest all your money in the beginning, no walking away till the bitter end as a loser.

We didn't win but it was still fun! Staff was nice. It was clean.
