Wonderful Center, very welcoming and friendly for beginners, profound teachings that are made amazingly accessible and relevant plus instructions on time-tested meditation techniques that have a positive impact on you and those around you, not just make you feel good.

The instructor was fine. The place itself is very cold, unwelcolming and a bit alienating. Was not racially/culturally diverse. The atmosphere felt very businesslike with no warmth. I absolutely prefer a more inclusive setting. I would highly recommend that people of color looking to feel included or a sense of connection do not patronize this place.

I went a couple of times to join the lunch time meditation. While the Monday and Tuesday mediations were amazing, Wednesday and Thursday instructors deploy a different style. It is hard for me to take the time in the middle of the day and I really look forward to 30 minutes of the absence of thoughts and guided silence. It is bliss that carries you through the rest of the day. The instructors on Mondays and Tuesday provide direct and powerful instructions, are sparse but effective with their words. On Wednesdays and Thursdays you will receive chattiness and conversational suggestions instead. I am certain the instructors mean very well, but it is too much....

Beautiful peaceful space. It's I strange feeling of calm and content. Definitely would go often if I lived nearby!

I went for the first time today and the lunchtime meditation was amazing. I felt so relaxed and peaceful after. Thank you. I will return. The space is modern, clean, quiet and spacious.
