Just opened up in our building and by far the best coffee and chai latte around. Refreshing change from the old options

cool environment, don’t order the matcha or chai tea lattes, also they don’t serve food at this location even though the website shows they do.

Cortados are an excellent morning starter or after lunch pick up!

It’s Sunday at 10 AM, and both Google and their website say that they are open, but they are not. Drove here from Sunnyside because they said they were open.
