I asked the cashier 4 times if I could use my points discount and every time your cashier ignored me!!!! I will never shop at this 7-11 again!! And since I work right down the block I'm telling all of my coworkers not to come to this location, the customer service is horrible!!! Also the cashier was on his phone the whole time I was in the store, and ignored everything I asked him to do¡¡!!!!
Best customer service I have gotten any where in a long time. The guy working this morning was amazing, polite and helpful. This guy should get a raise. He knows how to interact with people and seems to care about the impact he has on people.
Small 7-11 but since it's in the middle of the block on Arapahoe st it doesn't have a gaggle of panhandlers around it. Very handy when we were staying at a nearby hotel.
Worst 711 I've ever been too. My daughter was running late for work and changed her clothes in their restroom mind you we both USED to buy things here on a DAILY basis and had a female employee purposely unlock and walk in the restroom pretending like it was an accident after seeing my daughter walk into the restroom w clothes in hand and didn't say anything and the my daughter was threatened to get police called on her for simply changing her clothes in their restroom, while lying AGAIN and telling her a customer tried to use the restroom my daughter said not one single person even knocked or jiggled handle and that they left because she was in there taking too long. My daughter looked at her phone and was only in bathroom for a little over five minutes. Things happen and people have bad days and run late sometimes and to threaten to call the police when the female employee herself saw she was simply changing her clothes to get ready quickly for work is unacceptable and way over the top. Sad because if the owner was there who we know and is an awesome guy this wouldn't have happened because he would have recognised my daughter and Instantly knowing we are far from trouble makers.
I work for the City of Denver. Was Told To Leave Store. For informing 711 Store Manager upc code was matched with wrong products. Store Owner yells in front of Trainee woman grabbing merchandise and slamming/throwing telling me and my CoWorker to leave. This place is under Investigation. Ratings are always Low just as Customer Service. Need new Owner
Cashier didn't know how to adjust pricing relevant to sales currently listed and physically advertised in the store. Expected me to just pay the full price rather than adjusting it.
I mean, its a 7-11. If you don't expect a Ph.D. in English to be the person checking you out, it is a pretty standard 7-11 experience.
The 7-Eleven at the 1438 Arapahoe, Denver CO-- I am disgusted with 7-11 staff and their poor management. They sometimes overcharge your items. For instance, a drink that was listed for $4 something but turned up on the register to be more than $6. They did not want to admit their mistake on price tag but rather demand you to pay the price whatever it said on the register. I hated to argue with them over the prices. They are lazy and stubborn. They never corrected the price on their system. Pizza, hotdogs and donuts are usually swamped with flies touching and sitting on them. That is even more disgusting! Even I do live nearby, I will no longer step a foot in this store.
Me and my husband came in to grab some hot chocolate and a few snacks and the employee that was working tonight was very rude to us and started yelling at me for having my purse on and told me to leave it by the door and as I asked him a couple questions he was very very rude and just shouted back "what's there is there!" When asking where the cinnamon shaker was. When we paid he way over charged us and wasn't listening to us so we just paid and leave and when we tasted our hot chocolates they tasted foul like he poured a bunch of chilli in the hot chocolate and everyone who tasted them agreed. Worst experience ever.
The woman who works there i can't recall her name was very rude, unprofessional and did not greet me. I said hello and all she said was, "ID"
