Awesome neighborhood spot! Enchilada heaven! I really enjoyed my steak enchiladas and my fiancés carnitas enchiladas verde were excellent as well. Can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too!Dine in: Yes
Very impressed by everything we ordered. Tried several fruit smoothies the Baja fish tacos, shrimp taco plate and my absolute favorite ice cream with churros!! Hubs and I new favorite lunch spot will not be disappointed.
Really great vegan options and everything is so fresh so they were able to edit some things to make them vegan and gluten free for us. Absolutely delicious and such friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone in the mood for some authentic Mexican cuisine! In the photo, far is mushroom enchiladas, middle is 3 sopas one with mushroom, one with nopales and one with squash and potato! Then closest is tamales with mole!
The food here is delicious! The environment is colorful, homey and full of cool photos of Frida and her art. They have a full menu and even Vegan options.
plenty of vegan options and their mole is otherworldly delicious! also loved the decor & the friendly service. would 100% recommend!
This place deserves a chef’s kiss. As vegans, we are always looking for more places that have vegan options. This place did not disappoint. The interior was very well decorated and cozy. We were greeted by a man and woman who took care of the entire time. I believe the man was the owner/ chef. We ordered agua de guava and vegan horchata. Both were delicious and refreshing. Neither drinks were overly sweet. The salsa and chips were light and always appreciated before our meals. We started with nopales asados. They were tender and flavorful. Both of us order the huarache plazero and it was good! It wasn’t heavy some places make the huaraches very thick, this was thinner. We would definitely come back when we revisit Colorado. I also like the book they used to hand the receipt. It was creative and we wrote a note before we left.
The service was extremely slow and the waiter was very forgetful. The food was good! However a little pricey for what you get no tortillas was offered as apart of the soup if you wanted it was extra and fries were also separate not included with the torta. Cute spot
We went on a Monday night when it was a little slow. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered an appetizer to start and our dinner. It took longer than expected for the food to come out. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our food which was odd because we had waited a while so it would have been nice for the appetizer to be there first. Overall the food was good.
Mole sauce was fantastic. Guacamole dip was as well. Fruit smoothies are tasty. I think the menu is a little pricey.
Delicious chicken Enchiladas Suizas and I really liked the rice - which I usually don't at Mexican restaurants. The interior is adorned with Frida Kahlo pictures and a cool ceiling mural of flowers. The exterior murals are spectacular! Great street art photo opportunities. Also had no issues getting in at lunch time on a weekday and had a parking spot right out front. Would be fun to go in the summer and sit out on the patio. Neighborhood is not the best but it's improving. Friendly and fast service, too!
