Kaiser Permanente East Denver Medical Offices

I've been a Kaiser member for more than 40 years, through many health issues, with husband and two kids. Now, I'm enrolled in Medicare Advantage with Kaiser. I love Kaiser's emphasis on prevention and wellness, and also their expertise in dealing with serious medical issues. The electronic records, coordinated care, and easy communication with providers sets Kaiser apart. I HIGHLY recommend it. Of course, it's not without its challenges, as are all health systems/providers. However, I believe that Kaiser is foremost committed to excellent patient care.

The first tech did not introduce herself but she was very kind and did a great job with all my eye tests. Dr Pettijohn was great too, very thorough and down to earth. He answered all my questions and I plan to choose him again with any Optometry needs. I also went to Vision Essentials and had a great experience picking out glasses with the one on one help of Paula. She really took her time with me and made sure I did not feel rushed.

I have found Kaiser to be an excellent partner in my health care.I am able to contact a physician when needed, as well as having all my procedures coordinated and tracked. I like having all my concerns addressed in one system. Kaiser is efficient and affordable.

Dr. Polotsky provided an EXCELLENT examination into my condition of chest congestion and cough. She also reviewed other conditions I had on my medical record and provided additional and very thorough information. Dr. Polotsky is one of the most comprehensive physicians I've had at Kaiser and am very confident with her treatment and recommendations.

I just had a re-exam by Dr. Susan Fong and I couldn't be more impressed with her knowledge and her efforts to think outside the box to find a solution to my vision situation. I have been a Kaiser member of approx 20 years and I wouldn't think of going any place else. Quality care at a cost I can afford.

Pediatric Team is great. We like having Kaiser and never feel pressured to do any procedures or tests or treatments that we don't align with and would recommend this location for anyone with Kaiser in the Aurora/Denver area

All aspects of my eye was excellent. The tech who conducted my visual field test was fantastic and Dr. Stor is a quality optometrist who listens and does a superior job for his patients.

My veins roll and hide. This young lady did an amazing job of being patient before poking me. Then, one poke and no digging around which is usual. Great experience.

Dr. McClean is the best. She is personable, listens well and is really there for you. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician.

Dr. Shira Belman is very helpful and understanding and will always listen to the patient first and give suggestions second. And she is very easy to talk to.
