Thanks 1-2 months to make an appointment. Then takes 3 weeks for someone to get back to you about x-rays. Oh and who do you complain to? I'll give them one thing. When you make an appointment they are really quick. But it still takes 3 weeks to get your x-rays.

Absolutely rude and pathetic service. I forgot for a second that I was the patient and have every right to be frustrated. Thanks Maria and Shelby for making a frustrating situation almost intolerable. If you’re used to healthcare outside of Kaiser, you’re in for a shock!

This has been our health care facility since 2009. Dr. Sharma , Dr. Abbrolat, Dr. Shim are the best Peds. Dr. Zaragoza in family practice is amazing. I've had the pleasure of seeing her a few times. A very busy office. The line at the pharmacy usually moves pretty fast. No appointment for lab work or blood pressure check. You can get a flu shoot starting in early October .
