Foothills Psychological Services

I have been a patient of Foothill Psychological Services for four years. This is now over four times I have had the medication I need in order to function run out because they can't keep appointments. No luck with getting a refill until my appointment. This isn't even mentioning how I made an entire month of once a week appointments with one of their therapist and never got a single call. I had to talk to the office manager last time just so I would get my appointment. Save yourself the stress and find a different office because I will. The doctors are great I really think the issue is with the office.

They charged me for doing nothing. The doctor hang up without telling me how he recommends a further treatment, or any diagnosis, or what his recommendations are. He just hang up on me as if I had called him just to tell him my problem, not to get a treatment. He didn't even say good bye or have a nice day, so I could interrupt him and ask for the treatment. All what he said at the end was, I asked you a lot of questions and you answered. Do you have any question? I said no because I wanted to hear his opinion. He just hang up.

Taken me almost 4 weeks to obtain my medical records. They can't realse anything until Dr.Gordon signs off. However, when I call in he is on vacation. This is hindering the treatment of multipule things! And they tell me is they arent withholding them, they just need them authorized

The doctors here are great. It's the staff that brings this place down. They absolutely NEVER answer the phones. They're rude. They schedule appointments wrong and fail to do reminder calls. I'm not sure how they even have a job here still. It's so annoying to have people who don't know which way is up within their "profession" absolute garbage

Everyone is really friendly in the office. Dr. Reed is wonderful & genuinely wants to help and is very resourceful. I’ve been going weekly for over a month. I have no complaints at all.

The doctors are ok but they cancel appointments more than any other office I have ever been to. The staff is not good at all. They don't care abut being professional. I have been going there off and on for years and it's been getting worse.

The staff has to be caucios. I've never been unhappy with the care my family member gets. The parking can be a challenge.

The office staff leaves you hanging more often than not. Forget to call in medicine, don't put your appt in the system, etc. It was a perpetual struggle.

Dr. Robert Gordon is wonderful. Treats me for anxiety issue
