Dr. Are great Office management not so much. They need someone to reevaluate their systems. Horrible!
Waited one hour and twenty minutes to be seen....unacceptable
Have called multiple times to schedule a follow up visit after hospital consult. They are either out to lunch or I have been placed on hold for up to 30 minutes without the call every being answered during routine business hours.
