This place is horrible! no sympathy, careless & money hungry! My puppy is suffering from kidney failure because of this unprofessional place. I’ve expressed myself to them and told them my puppy wasn’t feeling good, he’s not acting like his normal self after the procedure they’ve done on him and they literally dismissed everything i said instead of taking my words and feelings into consideration! They could of prevented my puppy from this terrible disease if they had done the RIGHT thing! they kept him there for 4 days to then tell me he needs to go to an emergency hospital asap. They don’t have the proper care or treatment this place is disgusting! they weren’t taking care of my puppy, they kept him dirty! PLEASE SAVE YOUR PETS FROM THIS HEARTLESS PLACE & pray for my puppy
Loved the Vet Julia , she was very helpful and informative throughout the whole visit very professional. She answered all my question and concerns I had about my pet Milo he has a UTI she also told me some helpful tips to prevent this from happening again. I went home feeling more calm and relaxed knowing my cat will be okay.
Best quality vet to visit ever. My older cat has a rare disease and the vet we go to see here genuinely seems to care about my little old man just as much as well do and has gone above and beyond to ensure his comfort and that he is relaxed throughout check ups, care and operations.
I cannot say enough about the entire team at City Vet. Dr. Hummel and Dr. Kaplan are true angels. The entire team are kind, considerate and amazing. Every single one of them is personable and it is very clear that they care about your best friend just like you do. Thank you for everything!
We’ve had nothing but great experiences with City Vet throughout the lives of two dogs. Dr. Kaplan’s expertise was life saving when he treated our dog for Thrombocytopenia. On another occasion when we woke up only to find our dog seemingly comatose, Dr Kaplan diagnosed it within 10 minutes: marijuana ingestion— dogs are eating it off the streets and in parks, finding it everywhere! We are lucky to have City Vet here!
Very nice, professional and caring. I have been coming here for over 20 years and very happy. Definitely recommend.
I went to the vet to get my cat's blood taken. First of all they took him to another room so I couldn't see what they were doing to him, then after they were done he had a large bloody wound where they took the blood. The vet brushed my concerns off to the side by saying "it would go away in a few days"One month later, this is what it looks like see photo. Never going here again. Anyone reading this should stay away. How difficult is it to take blood?
Unfortunately my pets have had dire health issues during the pandemic and it’s been a nightmare. The remote discussions and drop offs that are still happening all over the city are a real problem as pets can’t communicate and advocate for themselves. As pet owners have spent more time with their pets, in person visits can be key to save a pet’s life. So thank you City Veterinary Care resuming in person visits since last year and to all the staff who is so thoughtful and involved in caring for the patients and their owners.
After seeing how they have treated people and their animals I would never bring any pet here. They do not have their machines updated and it is sad to hear people say their system sometimes “lags”. With all the money they overcharge people, they should invest it into new equipment to assist these animals better.
You cannot do any better for vet care. They have specialists that are completely thorough. As a rescuer I've brought several of our most urgent-need cats here when regular vets can't make a diagnosis.
