I've been to Karai several times and I highly recommend it to anyone that's interested in an amazing atmosphere and incredible food.

I find myself wanting to write a review based on the experience of last night in particular.  My girlfriend and I went for dinner and ordered what we thought was pretty standard, but our word choice wasn't exactly correct.  Instead of saying "a little spicy -- but not much" the wording "mild -- not too spicy" was used, but it was a little loud in the restaurant so I'm pretty sure just the 'mild' or the 'not spicy' portion was heard.

When it came time for us to receive our food, there weren't any spices in the Karai Ramen.  We apologized to the staff for our word choice and they were very accommodating, concerned, and friendly in regards to the entire situation.  Upon asking if there was a way we could add spices to the dish, they took the entree to the back, made the food perfectly (mind you the bowl just didn't have any spices at all in it, but was otherwise great), and multiple staff members came to check on us to make sure everything was good.

They really do care about your experience.  If you haven't given Karai a chance, then you absolutely should. -- oh, and if you are able to eat pork then I would also recommend that you substitute any of the meat for their pork.

This place was amazing. Our server Gage did well and was able to answer any questions we had. The place is not the biggest place so I can see it filling out fast. My group went at 11:45am Saturday morning. Was easy to get a table that early but when we left the place was packed. The food taste amazing and we do plan on going back again! Totally worth it!

Fantastic! Freaking Fabulous Food! From the appetizer to dessert wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. Service was impeccable and food was delicious. Definitely a date night place. A little hard to find from the road tho.

Wow! This was so amazing. The food was wonderful and the environment is also unique. 

I did not like ramen the first few times I tried it and this place changed my attitude completely. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

I had a magnificent experience at Karai. My food came out quickly and the servers were friendly and accommodating. The interior design of the restaurant was aesthetic and gave off a warm cozy atmosphere. The restaurant had a variety of options and the menu exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend going to Karai.
